Kizito Mor brings more than 30 years of coaching experience to Salvo Soccer Club, with an extensive background developing players across the youth, high school, and adult levels. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked with boys and girls across multiple age groups, helping players build the technical, tactical, and mental skills needed to reach their full potential.

Kizito’s club coaching experience includes leadership roles with Wings Soccer Club/Minnesota Thunder Academy, Lions FC, Edina Soccer Club, and Shakopee Soccer Association, where he has coached teams spanning a wide range of competitive levels and developmental stages. His ability to connect with players throughout the youth pathway has earned him a reputation for creating challenging, supportive environments that foster both individual growth and team success.

In addition to his club coaching responsibilities, Kizito has coached at the high school level with Armstrong High School, Providence Academy, and Shakopee High School, working with both boys and girls programs. His experience across multiple soccer environments provides valuable perspective in preparing players for the demands of higher levels of competition.

Kizito’s coaching philosophy emphasizes discovery learning, healthy competition, goal setting, dependability, and consistency. He believes players develop best when they are challenged to solve problems, make decisions, and learn from both success and adversity. Through purposeful training and constructive feedback, he strives to help players become confident decision-makers while building habits that extend beyond the game.

Away from the field, Kizito serves as Director of Data and Technology – Property Development at Life Time, where he leads technology and data initiatives supporting organizational growth. His professional leadership experience complements his coaching approach, bringing organization, accountability, and a long-term developmental mindset to every team he coaches.

Kizito is married to his wife, Jenni, and they are proud parents of two daughters, Amari and Ayla, who both share his love for soccer. Their family also includes Olive, their mini Goldendoodle, who puts up with all the soccer.
