GA Overview

Girls Academy is a national competition platform with teams for girls ages 13-19, and is used for college, US Youth National team, and international soccer recruiting. The GA is the most demanding soccer league Salvo SC offers, with 10-month programming for players not participating in high school soccer and 8-month programming for those who are.

Once in Salvo’s GA, players meet four or more times a week and participate in additional training throughout the seasons. As a nationally competitive league, travel can be extensive, so players and families should expect an intensive commitment level.

How to Become a Member of the GA

If you’re interested in this top-level soccer program, fill out our GA interest form. Then attend our GA Discovery Day in June for more information. In July, participate in the Salvo Player ID day so our coaches can assess your skills and strengths on the field and match you with the appropriate team.
