Andrew Bourgoine’s playing career began with CGU, where he played until his junior year of high school before joining Woodbury Soccer Club.

He was a three-year varsity starter at Park High School, playing primarily as a central midfielder before moving to striker during his senior season. Bourgoine earned All-Conference honors twice and led the Suburban East Conference in goals scored as a senior.

Following high school, he continued his playing career at Saint Mary’s University.

Bourgoine began his coaching career at Park High School in 2012 as the ninth-grade boys soccer coach, a position he held through 2019 before being named Head Varsity Coach. The upcoming season will mark his sixth year leading the program.

In 2024, he guided Park High School to its first boys soccer state tournament appearance since 1994. The team upset No. 3 seed Minnetonka in the opening round before falling 2-1 in overtime to undefeated Maple Grove at U.S. Bank Stadium. Park ultimately finished fourth in the state.

Bourgoine has coached with Salvo for two years. During his first season, he coached the 2015 Boys East Steel and 2014 Boys East Grey teams. This past year, he coached the 2014 Boys East Steel and 2013 Boys Orange teams.
