Salvo SC and TRAA offer fall, winter, and spring Recreation soccer sessions.
Our Warriors Soccer program is offered in the fall and brings high-quality, fun, and competitive community soccer experiences to grades Pre-K through 6. All teams are coached by parent volunteers and meet two or three times per week, depending on age group, for practices and games. During the winter, we offer three separate 6-week sessions, each meeting once per week. These sessions are coached by the Salvo SC coaching staff and focus on fun, engaging training while giving players the chance to practice alongside a wider range of teammates with varying skill levels. Families can choose to register for one, two, or all three sessions.
During the spring session players are coached by parent volunteers. Each team meets twice per week for one hour with their parent coach. At the U5/U6 level, each session includes 30 minutes of activities followed and 30 minutes of a scrimmage/game. For all other age groups, one weekly session is focused on training, while the other is a game.

If you and your child are new to soccer or the Salvo SC community, check out some of our FAQs on how our program works in Mendota Heights / West St. Paul.
Plan on registering for a few months before each season starts to ensure a spot! Visit the TRAA website for exact dates, but our typical schedule runs:
- Fall: Register in May or June; play mid-August through October.
- Winter: Register in August or September; play between November and March.
- Spring: Register in February or March; play May through June
Games and practices are hosted at different sites for each season of play. Here’s our general location rotation:
- Fall: Grades Pre-K to 2 play at Two Rivers High School, grades 3-4 play at Heritage & Matson Stadium, and grades 5-6 play at Matson & Friendly Hills.
- Winter: All age groups and sessions take place at West St. Paul Dome.
- Spring: Teams play at Friendly Hills Middle School (U5/U6, U7) or Heritage Middle School (U8/U9, U10-U12).

- July 16th-30th: 50% refund
