Community/Recreational vs. Performance Programs
While there are opportunities for players to move between the programs, individuals should be aware of their soccer goals and time and travel commitments when considering which path to pursue.
Salvo’s Community/Recreational Program
This program is for players 5-18 years old. Our community rec program focuses on players learning soccer fundamentals in a less competitive environment, having fun, and developing a passion for the sport.

The performance or traveling program is for players 9-19 years old. This program and its different levels are for players who are ready to take their development in this sport to the next level and are able to commit a greater amount of time to practices, training, and games.
Within the performance program, each tier becomes more challenging, with higher expectations placed on individuals from coaches and fellow teammates. See the graphic for a basic breakdown of age groups and program options.
