Two Week Challenge

East U9 - U12: 2-Week Challenge (May 3 - 17)

Submit completed form on May 17th to Delaney Marier with any pictures/videos of your work to get featured on the Salvo SC social media pages!


Rules: 
-    Players can take 6 days off. Put “x” for completed on Player Tracking Calendar, Put “off” for OFF Day in Player Tracking Calendar. You do not have to take off day!
-    Complete 10 of the 16 days Fitness & Technical work! 
-    All Core Value activities are included in this player challenge!! 
-    Plank challenge = longest time holding a forearm plank! Record you time!
-    Juggle challenge = most juggles without ball bouncing! Record score & include video in email if you have one!

Interview a family member or teammate! Skype, zoom, facetime, google hangout, etc. Can you get to know someone new and learn things about them. Find 3 things you have in common! 

Here are a few questions you can ask to help get you started:
