EAGAN, Minn. - The Salvo SC front office is comprised of two divisions business/operations and technical/soccer-specific. Throughout the merger of our clubs, we’ve added valuable staff and are committed to providing our members with a better understanding of who our staff is. The following bios feature both our full and part-time Operations Staff. Headshots will be coming soon.
Lisa Wolf - Executive Director
Stewartville, Minn. native, Wolf has been a part of club soccer since 2005. Wolf earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the College of St. Benedict (‘96) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Wolf started her career as an Audit Manager for Ernst and Young, LLP and was there for eight years before joining Dakota REV Soccer Club as a Treasurer (5 years), then as a Registrar (4 years) before being promoted to the Executive Director in 2014 and served as REV’s Executive Director in the last four years before joining with Woodbury SC in August of 2018.
When asked her favorite thing about working for Salvo SC Wolf responded, “The people! I also enjoy being part of something where I can see my work having an impact on the people around me. There is always a new challenge and we continue to improve on all of the things that we are doing.” A fun fact about Wolf is that she loves to travel and she loves guacamole so much so that there is a guacamole recipe named after Wolf in a friend’s cookbook.
Wolf currently lives in Apple Valley, Minn. with her husband Mike who have four children together, Brandon (daughter-in-law Corey), Gabi, Reid, and Nate, and their two dogs, Hank and Trixie.

Stephen Peterson - Director of Operations
Lino Lakes, Minn. native, Peterson was on staff at Woodbury Soccer Club as the U9-U12 Girls Director before moving into an official Operations role upon the club merger. Peterson is no stranger to the Twin Cities soccer landscape having served two years as the Director of Operations at Bloomington United Soccer Club (2015-2017) and coaching collegiately at UW-River Falls (NCAA Division III) since 2008. Peterson served as an Associate Director before officially being promoted to Director of Operations in August 2019.
Peterson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UW-River Falls (‘12) and a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletics Administration from Concordia University - Irvine (‘14). When asked his favorite thing about working at Salvo SC Peterson responded, “The staff, coaches, families, and players.” A fun fact about Peterson is he has also won free Chipotle for a year which he cashed in during his years in college.
Peterson currently lives in St. Paul, Minn. and is the youngest of three.

Anne Olson - Registrar
Lakeville, Minn. native, Olson spent seven years with BlueCross BlueShield as a Claims and Service Supervisor. Following that Olson took some time off from work to be a stay-at-home mom before joining club soccer. In 2013, Olson joined Lakeville Soccer Club as a Club Administrator before joining Dakota REV in 2016 and continuing in her role upon the REV and Woodbury merger.
Olson graduated from The Academy of Holy Angels (‘93). When asked her favorite thing about working at Salvo SC Olson responded, “The great co-workers. I enjoy meeting new people and performing miracles in various registration systems.” A fun fact about Olson is that she can do a one-handed cartwheel.
Olson currently lives in Lakeville, Minn. with her husband, Adam who have two children together, Lauryn and Gavin, and their dog, Bing.

Jenna Hendrikson - Registrar: Community
Hastings, Minn. native, Hendrikson joined Woodbury SC in 2014 and has held various positions within the club since joining from Team Trainer to Member Services Assistant to her current role as Registrar for Community programs. Outside of her work with the club, Hendrikson is also a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and currently works for EXIT Realty Metro.
Hendrikson has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Spanish minor from The University of Wisconsin-River Falls (‘16) and is a graduate of Kaplan Real Estate School. When asked her favorite thing about working at Salvo SC Hendrikson responded, “ Being able to help and connect so many people.” A fun fact about Hendrikson is that in one year she accomplished a series of personal and professional bests including an engagement (and then wedding), purchasing a house & truck, becoming a licensed realtor, and adopting a new puppy.
Hendrikson’s ties to Salvo SC have family roots: sister, Delaney Marier, is the 9U-12U East Director and dad, Dan Marier, is a referee for Salvo SC. Hendrikson currently lives in Hastings with her husband Zach and they have two dogs, Gus and Paco.

Megan Kaczmarek - Team Operations and Communications Coordinator
Green Bay, Wis. native, Kaczmarek has been an active member in the Minnesota club soccer scene since 2016. Kaczmarek started her club career at Cottage Grove United (CGU). After two seasons with CGU, Kaczmarek joined Salvo SC in the summer of 2018 and has been an active part of the East Geo competitive programs. Prior to club coaching, Kaczmarek spent three years in athletic communications at The University of Minnesota and North Central University. Kaczmarek also served as an assistant women’s soccer coach for two years at North Central University.
Kaczmarek has a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from North Central University (‘14) and a Master’s of Education in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota (‘17). When asked her favorite thing about working at Salvo SC Kaczmarek responded, “Building relationships with people. I enjoy being able to serve and assist our various members (players, parents, and stakeholders) through soccer.” A fun fact about Kaczmarek is that she met Taylor Swift following one of Swift’s Minneapolis concerts.
Kaczmarek currently lives in St. Paul, Minn. with her dog, Leo.

Matt DelCroix - Community Coordinator
San Diego born, New-Caledonia native, DelCroix joined Salvo SC this fall as the 05G Navy coach. Additionally, DelCroix has taken on the role of Community Coordinator assisting the Director of Coaching - Community, Sean McKuras, with Community programming. Prior to moving back to America, DelCroix spent 8 years as the Grassroots Technical Development Officer for the French Football Federation (FFF). In addition DelCroix was an instructor for FFF of various coaching courses (7 years) and also coached the New Caledonia Men’s and Women’s National Teams (8 years).
DelCroix has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from KEDGE Business School (‘09). When asked his favorite thing about working for Salvo SC DelCroix said, “A place with the opportunity to have so many experiences (Community, Performance, HP, DA, etc.) and learning and collaborating with different staff.” A fun fact about DelCroix is that he has traveled to many foreign countries and has experienced so many different cultures.
DelCroix currently lives in Apple Valley, Minn.
